1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the sc999 platform, you ("the User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including the sc999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each User may register and maintain only one (1) active sc999 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

In the event of any conflict between a general term and a specific game or sport rule, the specific rule shall prevail.

8. Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Suspension and Closure

sc999 may suspend or permanently close a User's account at its sole discretion, including where it determines that the User has breached these Terms, has provided false information, or where required to do so by law or regulatory obligation. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in the account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
